Rental Requirements:
Please be ready to provide proof of the following information when calling to rent an Electric Time car:
- All drivers of the electric vehicles must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid drivers license in their name
- Provide proof of valid automobile insurance, or purchase through Electric Time
- We prefer credit cards for payment but will accept Debit/Check cards (with Visa Logo) for deposits. Renters must purchase PDW (Physical Damage Waiver-$14.95) with Debit card deposits.
An imprint of the renter’s credit card, along with a completed and signed liability waver are required prior to the release of the vehicle. Insurance can also be purchased directly from Electric Time.
All Electric Time cars come with or without doors and roofs, lockable storage boxes, and are very easy to operate. Electric Time Cars reach a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour, making them the perfect city transportation vehicle for leisure or errands.
